  3. 1. XRefHTMW is a Microsoft Windows utility program for HTML
  4. files. It allows for automatic anchor extraction, anchor and link
  5. insertion, and insertion of certain other HTML codes in text
  6. files. It is aimed especially at applications involving index and
  7. thesaurus display. It translates to HTML sorted lists of
  8. extracted anchors, index display files created by printed index
  9. packages such as CINDEX, indented hierarchical displays, and
  10. thesaurus files. The user may view the latest HTML file in
  11. Netscape or another compatible viewer by clicking on a single
  12. button.

  14. 2. No initial installation is required. The default HTML viewer
  15. setup may be modified by clicking on the "Setup" button.
